- Lead energetic, well-organized group workouts for youth (ages 7–18) and adult athletes
- Deliver the D1 training methodology in every session, adapting movements to each athlete's level and needs
- Coach proper technique and movement patterns to build performance and reduce injury risk
- Motivate and hold athletes accountable through coaching, nutrition guidance, and consistent follow-up
- Drive retention by creating a welcoming, hard-working, and fun training culture
- Keep the training space safe, clean, and ready to go
- Certification: At least one current certification accredited by the NCCA (e.g., NASM-CPT, ACE, ACSM, CSCS/CSCCA, USAW Level 1)
- Safety: Valid AED/CPR/First Aid certification
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of strength & conditioning experience in a group, team, or personal training setting
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or a related field (preferred, not required)
