Executive Assistant(Part-Time, Morning On Site)
D1 Training Sandy Springs
Commitment: 2 hours/day, in-person, weekday mornings — exact window set within 6:00– 10:00 AM based on the right candidate's availability
Pay: $15–$20/hour, based on experience
Reports to: Owner, directly
The Role
I co-own D1 Training Sandy Springs and oversee it remotely. This role exists to close that gap — someone on-site each morning who keeps me organized, informed, and on top of what's actually happening at the gym, and who takes real ownership of operational and administrative work as they get familiar with how we run things.
This is a growth role, not a fixed job description. You'll start with the basics and take on more — payroll, process improvements, scheduling — as you learn our systems and earn trust.
It's a strong fit for:
A stay-at-home parent with a predictable morning window
A retired professional who wants a light, purposeful routine
A student whose morning window lands early enough (e.g., 6–8 AM) to wrap up before school starts
What You'll Actually Do
Keep me looped in — a quick daily rundown of what's happening at the gym and what needs my attention
Own the operational to-do list — track what's outstanding, follow up with the team, make sure things don't slip
Support payroll — start with the basics (verifying hours, prepping what I need to review), grow into more as you learn our systems
Help manage scheduling — staff shifts, the class calendar, or my own commitments tied to the gym, depending on where the gap is
Keep me organized — notes, files, tracking commitments, the general administrative backbone
Flag process improvements — once you know how things actually run, tell me what's inefficient or could be better
What This Isn't
Not coaching, not member-facing sales, not floor management — that stays with our GM and coaching team. This role is the organizational and administrative side working directly for me, not a second layer of gym leadership.
WhatWe're Looking For
Reliable — the same 2 hours, most mornings, is what makes this work
Comfortable with responsibility and some ambiguity — this role grows, and you'll be trusted with more as you prove you can handle it
Discreet — you'll have visibility into payroll and other sensitive information; that stays confidential
Organized, and honest when something's not getting done
No prior gym or ops experience required — we'll train you on our systems
